Today’s Scripture
“Whoever obeys the law is joyful” (Proverbs 29:18b).

 

 
These Proverbs were believed to have been written by King Solomon, found, discovered and collected from the Temple treasury within the king’s records, then published under the instruction of King Hezekiah himself. This would be much like the contemporary practice of publishing another man’s manuscript that lays hidden after his death. Thanks to Hezekiah, we have these wonderful words of wisdom!

 
These Proverbs offer words of wisdom regarding dealing with persons in authority, getting along with others, dealing with difficult people, staying faithful in love and staying committed to our need for law. Which proverb do you hear speaking to you?
