Today’s Scripture
“Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. And God saw that the light was good. Then he separated the light from the darkness” (Genesis 1:3-4).
Today we discover 5 life principles from the first chapters in Genesis of the creation story … principles that will help us understand God, ourselves and our relationship with Him.
God desires to bless; however, our choices can prevent Him from doing so. The nature of being human is to choose life or death, good or evil… and to reap the consequences they reap of either blessing or curse.
This year, let’s make the choice to turn away from sin and pursue a loving relationship with our Creator God. Our God wants nothing more than personal, daily fellowship with us. How will you respond?
I’m excited to be a part of this Bible study and enjoy the fresh insight into familiar verses.

Hi Kim! YEAH! I’m so glad you’ve decided to join us this year and do hope you enjoy the ebook on Simplicity. It was fun to write it and focus on ways to simplify common things in life. You’re welcome to post on the blog as often as you’re able and do keep in touch this year. Blessings!
