Today’s Scripture
“Therefore God, your God, has anointed you, pouring out the oil of joy on you more than on anyone else” (Psalm 45.6).

 

 
Today’s reading is rich in eschatology, depicting a beautiful scene of Christ and his Bride – the Church!

 
Re-read Psalm 45 verses 10-16 and imagine yourself an integral part of the scene. You… in beautiful robes, being led to the king in a joyful and enthusiastic procession as you enter the king’s palace (Psalm 45:13-15). This, my friend, if you know Jesus as Savior and Lord, will be you one day!
